شکوفه زدن با خامه، یا به اصطلاح پایپ کردن (Piping) یه کاریه که اکثر آدما فکر میکنن سخته، تنها رمز موفقیت تو این کار هم تمرین زیاده، چون مطمئن باشید هیشکی بار اول تمرینش خوب در نیومده ^_^
برای تزئین کیک یا کاپ کیک به قیف و ماسوره نیاز دارید،
قیف ها انواع مختلف دارن، پارچه ای، نایلونی، سیلیکون و… که برای تمیزی کار من خودم نایلونی و سیلیکونی رو ترجیح میدم.
جنس ماسوره هم پلاستیکی یا استیل هست که طبیعتا استیل هم کیفیت بهتری داره و هم قیمت بالاتر.
